What’s going on?
Kleptonix is being re-imagined as a site on Substack. Though the site has gone through many changes, including a GitHub project that I was working on before I started my full-time role, this is now the permanent home of kleptonix. It’s a blog, but not just any blog. I can finally call it mine.
Why should I care?
Well, it’s not usually the case that a new blog like this gets published out of thin air. I’ve configured my website to point specifically to my Substack and (with some luck) I’ll be able to gain some subscribers (hopefully) and be able to build an audience that appreciates looking into the mind of a Platform Engineer. It’s also unusual that someone with a full-time job can keep up the posts, but I’ll do my best. I swear.
Cool, what’s next?
Articles, essays, and more on niche tech topics such as Ham Radio, my experiences working at a startup, my current experiences with technology such as AWS, and poignant opinions on various issues currently going on in our crazy world. I’ll be sure to do my research, and opine carefully about the things I read. The last thing I would want is to make an uninformed and possibly dumb mistake in my knowledge, which is always improving day by day.
Take care, and I’ll see you in my next post.
